Lead Assign has been designed to intelligently SMS and email leads to your agents, one at a time, sequentially, based on keywords and tags.
In General Settings, the account can be configured specifically to the company’s business and operating needs.
Contact Card
A best practise is if the administrator downloads the contact card and then shares it with all of the company’s agents receiving leads.
Lead Expiry Time
Lead Assign offers leads to qualified agents from the company’s roster exclusively for this amount of lead expiry time before the system times out and sends a lead to the next best suited agent.
By default, the time limit is five minutes.
The administrator can adjust the lead expiry time by editing the number, and clicking “Update Company.”
From Email Address
This is the email address where leads will be sent from to the company’s agents. This email address is unique to the company’s account.
All Lead Assign email message communications to the company’s agents will be sent via this email address.
Similar to the SMS phone number sending leads to agents, this email address should also be shared with agents so they can save it as a contact to avoid emails getting ignored, deleted or blocked.

Phone Number
This is the phone number where leads sent by SMS text message will be sent from to the company’s agents. This phone number is unique to the company’s account.
All Lead Assign SMS text message communications to the company’s agents will be sent via this phone number.
It is recommended that this phone number is shared with the agents and saved as a contact on their mobile device to avoid having SMS messages ignored, deleted, or blocked.

Company Timezone
The company timezone should be set to the location (the closest largest city) where the company operates and does most of its business.
Adding Your Logo
Leads are formatted in a way so that the company’s logo is featured prominently. This helps agents understand where the lead is coming from and re-enforces the company’s brand within sales team. Follow these steps to add the company logo to the Lead Assign account:
- Upload image in .jpeg, .jpg, or .png format.
- Please note: .pdf format will not work.
- Image must be optimized for web usage.
- Select “Choose File”, browse to logo of choice, and upload.
- To remove a logo, select “Remove Logo” and then click “Update Company.”
