Understanding the Users Page

The Users page is the best place to create, edit, and manage your current list of users. In the left sidebar click Roster>Users to get started.

On this page, you will see a list of all the users in this company, a summary of their information, and some quick action settings (listed below). Click on a user row to open their right sidebar and view more information.

Quick Actions

  • Name + Email: The user’s full name and the email address that will be used for email notifications
  • Role: Determines a users permissions.
    • Agent – often salespeople, real estate agents, distributors, retailers, financial planners, etc. Agents do not have access to company settings and can not view other agents or leads that are not assigned to them.
    • Admin – a manager with full access to the platform, including the dashboards, lists of leads and users, and all general/advanced settings.
    • Editor – similar to Admin, but has limited access to billing and other sensitive information.
  • Mobile Number: The phone number that will be used for SMS notifications.
  • Catch All: Users marked catch all can receive leads normally, but will also receive leads that were rejected or timed out by all applicable agents. Catch-all users can then accept the lead themselves or assign it to another qualified user.
  • SMS: With this checked, users will receive SMS notifications if they have opted in to SMS notifications.
  • Available: With this checked, the user is available and should be considered for new leads.
  • Lang: A users preferred languiage.
  • Locations: The number of locations assigned to that user.
  • Label + ID: A company’s own label or ID # that can be used for tracking and identifying agents.

Import/Export

In the top right, click the button to open the Import/Export section
From here, you can download a list of your current users and upload a CSV file to update your roster.

User Sidebar

By opening a users sidebar we can see and edit much more information.

  • Name: An Agents Full name.
  • Email: The email address used for email notifications and login.
  • Mobile Number: The phone number used for SMS notifications.
  • Webhook Notification URLs: User notifications will also be sent to any URLs added here. This can be used with catch hooks or other URLs to trigger notifications in third-party apps like WhatsApp, Slack, or Teams. Or trigger a large variety of events.
  • Role: Change a user’s permissions. Note: users can only edit roles beneath them, so owners can edit Admin>Editors>Agents, but Editors can only edit Editors and Agents.
  • SMS (opt-in): This expresses whether a user has opted in to receive SMS notifications. Do not toggle this without written or verbal consent.
  • Email (opt-in): This expresses whether a user has opted in to receive email notifications. Do not toggle this without written or verbal consent.
  • Catch All: Users marked catch all can receive leads normally, but will also receive leads that were rejected or timed out by all applicable agents. Catch-all users can then accept the lead themselves or assign it to another qualified user.
  • SMS (notifications): The user should be sent SMS notifications. Note: users who are opted out will not receive SMS notifications.
  • Email (notifications): The user should be sent email notifications. Note: users who are opted out will not receive email notifications.
  • Available: With this checked, the user is available and should be considered for new leads.
  • Set Schedule: Manage a user’s schedule. By default, an unscheduled user will be sent a lead when no other qualified users are available.
  • Vacation: If this setting is turned on, we will send notifications to another specified user to handle on this user’s behalf.
  • Lang: The users preffered language
  • Forward Accepted: Copies of accepted leads will be sent to URL’s or email addresses entered here
  • External Label: A company’s own label that can be used for tracking and identifying agents.
  • External ID: A company’s own ID that can be used for tracking and identifying agents. External ID should be unique and can be used to designate agents for updates or lead offers.
  • Tracking 1 & 2: An additional tracking field that is not displayed on the dashboard.
  • Tags: (labelled with the company name) Is a list of tags applied to this user. Remove tags using the “X” beside the tag name. Add tags by typing them in.
  • Locations Map: View and edit this users locations.
