In Bluebird, agents and admins are sent notifications for varying reasons. This document will go over the different types of notifications your agents and admins should expect and how to manage these notifications.
Agent Notifications
Lead Offer
When an agent is offered a lead, they will be sent a lead offer notification. This could be an Email, SMS and/or a push notification, depending on a user’s preferences.
This notification will include any tags or lead hints as well as a link to the lead offer page. This link allows you to access the lead without logging in to the platform.

Lead Details
When an agent accepts or is assigned a lead, they will be sent a Lead Details notification. This notification includes all of the necessary lead details, contact information and a link to access the lead without logging in.

To-Do List
If automated follow-up is enabled, users will be sent a copy of their to-do list at the scheduled time specified on the automated follow-up page.

Comments from Admin
When an admin comments on an agent’s lead, the agent will be sent a notification including the lead ID, lead name, and the comment made. The agent can click “View all comments” to view the lead.

Admin Notifications
Catchall
If there are no more available qualified agents a the company catchalls will be sent a Catchall Notification. This will include any tags or lead hints as well as a link to the catchall lead offer page. This link allows you to access the lead without logging in to the platform.
Catchalls can accept to handle the lead themself, assign the lead to another agent, or edit and resubmit the lead to give agents another chance to accept.
