Geolocator Rules

Label

The label identifying this rule.

Email Address

We will search leads from this email address for the Find section.
Use * to search all email addresses.

Find

Use Regex to search a lead and identify address portions. Matches will be used to construct a lead location.

If you are not familiar with regex you can use “/Location: (.*)/” to identify a lead location labeled:
Location: 123 Anywhere street, City Name, State/Province, Country

Replace “Location” with “Address”, “City” etc. to match your specific lead formatting or reach out to support for help.

Updated at

This is set automatically when you update the rule.

Action

Click the green save icon when you are ready to save.
Click the red trash icon to delete your rule.
Click the black x to cancel your changes.

Geolocator Weight/Band

Weight

Adjust how much geolocation will affect the order in which agents qualify for a lead.
Suggested values:

  • 0 – Cuts Only
If a lead is outside of an agents location radius they will not be offered the lead.
If a lead is within an agents location radius they will qualify for the lead, and may be offered it. Agents matching more tags will be offered the lead first.
  • 10 – Mix
Geolocation will hold a similar weight to tags. A combination of tags and location will determine the order that agents will receive leads.
  • 1000 – heavily geo based
Geolocation will be the main factor in determining agent lead order. Even if their is another agent matching more tags, the closest agent is most likely to receive the lead.

Band

An agents geolocation score will be rounded up to the nearest multiple of the geolocator band.

ie. If we have a Geolocator Band of 1 km
Agent 1 is 4.3 km away (will be rounded up to 5 km)
Agent 2 is 3.8 km away (will be rounded up to 4 km)
Agent 3 is 4.6 km away (will be rounded up to 5 km)
Agent 2 will considered the closest and will be preffered while agents 1 and 3 will be tied as the farthest agents.

Testing Geolocator Rules

To the right of the screen you will see your most recent lead details. The system will highlight parts identified by the Geolocator Rules. You may have to refresh the page if you have recently changed these rules. Use the previous and next buttons to swap between your leads.
