Once tags are defined, they can be assigned directly to agents. When a lead is received, Bluebird analyzes the lead content and matches it against these tags to determine the best routing outcome.
Example
A real estate brokerage may have agents who specialize in commercial properties and others who focus on residential homes. An administrator could create two tags: Commercial and Residential, and assign them to the appropriate agents.
When a new lead arrives containing identifying language—such as “Johnny Smith is interested in a residential property at 123 Main Street”—Bluebird detects the Residential tag and routes the lead exclusively to agents assigned that tag.
This ensures leads are always sent to agents with the right expertise, improving response quality and conversion rates.
