Billable Tags

Special Tags

In addition to normal tags we also have special tags that can create a pecking order, limit a users number of leads, or accept leads from a range.

Pecking Order Tags

Also known as “PK” tags, these tags allow admin to customize the order they would like agents to be offered leads.

To set a pecking order, add the tag PK_#, where “#” is a number associated with each agent. It is suggest to add PK tag numbers in increments of 100. Administrators can use negative numbers to down rank agents.

For example:

  • John: PK_100
  • Sarah: PK_200
  • Phil: PK_300

When a lead comes in, it will be directed to Phil. If Phil declines or times out, the lead will the be offered to Sarah, and then John.

Administrators can also create PK tags that will only trigger with a normal tag by adding the existing tag name to the end of the PK tag.

For example, say we have 3 tags:

  • Product 1
  • PK_100_Product 1
  • PK_200_Product 1

And 2 agents:

  • John: PK_100_Product 1
  • Sarah: PK_200_Product 1

When a lead comes in that does not have the “Product 1” tag, John and Sarah would be equally considered to receive the lead.

When a lead comes in that does have the “Product 1” tag, Sarah would be offered the lead first. If Sarah declines or times out, the lead will the be offered to John.

Range Tags

For instances where a tag should cover a range of data, such as monetary value or zip codes, then a Range Tag should be utilized. Range Tags should be formatted as “Range: ” followed by the range you would like to cover

Example 1:
For a zip code range of 90200 to 90299, enter the tag as:
Zip: 90200-90299

Example 2:
For a price range of $200,000 to $500,000, enter the tag as:
Range: $200000-$500000

Note: $, €, £, ¥ currency symbols are supported, and should be used to avoid confusing a phone number as a dollar value.

Example 3:
For a Product size, Property size, or quantity of 10,000 units to 200,000 units, enter the tag as:
Range: 10000-200000

Maximum Tags

Maximum tags are used to limit the number of leads a user can receive. A user that is over their limit will only receive leads if there are no other available agents.

To create a Maximum tag you should format the tag name:
LA_Max_Leads_Weekly: 15

15 can be replaced with the number of leads you want agents with this tag to receive

Change “Weekly” to “Daily” or “Monthly” to change the limit timeframe
