Billable Tags

How Tags Work

Tags provide a powerful and flexible way to optimize lead routing. Administrators can create tags that reflect a company’s business lines, specialties, or routing requirements, and then assign those tags to the appropriate agents.

When a lead is received, Bluebird analyzes the lead content and identifies any matching tags. These tags are then used to determine which agents qualify to receive the lead.

Example

A real estate brokerage may have agents who specialize in commercial properties and others who focus on residential homes. An administrator can create two tags: Commercial and Residential, and assign them to the relevant agents.

If an incoming lead contains identifying language—such as “Johnny Smith is interested in a residential property at 123 Main Street”—Bluebird detects the Residential tag and routes the lead only to agents assigned that tag.

This ensures leads are delivered to agents with the most relevant expertise, improving both response quality and conversion rates.
