Open a Users Location Map

Now that we are tracking lead locations with Geolocator Rules, we can add locations to users to specify where they should qualify for leads.

In the left sidebar, go to Roster>Users to visit the Users Page. Select the user you would like to update, scroll down in the right sidebar and click OPEN LOCATIONS MAP.

This will open a map where we can view, edit and create locations for the selected user.

Adding Locations

From the user’s location map, click the red plus in the bottom right corner. Enter the user’s address and select an operating radius. Click save when you are ready. The user will only be offered leads inside this circle.

Note: If you select No Maximum Distance as the Operating Area Radius, this user’s location will qualify for all leads.

Editing Locations

Click on an existing flag to edit that location. You can change the operating radius or the location address. Click save when you are ready, or click reset to disregard your changes. Click the red trash can to delete the location.
