Spam/Rejected Leads

Lead Assign allows the administrator to setup up rules to catch spam leads that have been submitted to the account. (The administrator can access these settings under “Spam and Filtering“.)

The administrator can view leads that have been quarantined by hitting the spam icon (top right corner of the leads page).

These leads have not been sent to agents. The company’s account spam/filtering settings should be adjusted if the administrator is regularly restoring leads from the quarantine.
