Our AI sales assistant, Aubrey, helps your agents close more leads by automatically summarizing incoming lead information in a clear, sales-friendly format.
AI Summaries are shown to agents when they are offered a lead, helping them quickly understand whether the lead is a good fit before accepting.
How AI Summaries Work
When a lead is offered, Aubrey analyzes the lead payload and generates a concise summary based on your configured rules. These summaries are fully customizable and can be managed from:

You can control what information is summarized, when summaries are generated, and where they appear.
AI Summary Settings
Prompt
The Prompt controls how Aubrey summarizes a lead. This is where you define tone, exclusions, and formatting rules.
Example Prompt:
Completely remove:
- Any person’s name
- All prices or monetary values
- Any email addresses
- Any phone numbers
Then, summarize this lead in a way that works well for a sales agent.
Do not add back any specific details removed earlier.
Do not label.
This allows you to create compliant, high-level summaries that focus on intent and fit rather than personal or sensitive data.
Regex
The Regex field lets you specify which portions of the lead payload should be included in the summary.
Use this to:
- Target specific fields
- Exclude irrelevant data
- Fine-tune what Aubrey analyzes
Only the text matched by your regex will be passed to Aubrey for summarization.
Search Text
Search Text acts as a trigger.
AI Summaries will only generate if this text is found within the lead payload. This is useful for:
- Running summaries only on certain lead sources
- Filtering by form type or keyword
- Avoiding summaries on system-generated or low-value leads
Show on Acceptance
Show on Acceptance (boolean)
When enabled, a copy of the AI summary will be attached directly to the lead after the agent accepts it.
This ensures the summary remains available for reference throughout the sales process.
Override Message
The Override Message setting allows you to replace an existing message with the AI summary.
This is commonly used to:
- Replace default lead offer text
- Customize email or in-app messaging
- Ensure agents see the most relevant information first
Previewing AI Summaries
To preview how your AI Summary will appear:
- Click “Generate Sample Temptations”
- Use the Next and Previous buttons to cycle through different leads
- Adjust your prompt, regex, or search text as needed
This allows you to validate summaries before rolling them out to agents.
Best Practices
- Keep prompts clear and explicit
- Remove sensitive or regulated data when possible
- Attach summaries on acceptance for long-term reference
