Providing Feedback

Agents can provide feedback on the status of a lead from the Conversion tab in the lead view. This feedback helps track lead progress, outcomes, and expected value, giving administrators better insight into agent activity and performance.


What Agents Can Update

From the Conversion tab, agents can record:

Lead Status

Agents can update the current state of the lead, including:

  • Contacted
  • In Progress
  • Closed – Won
  • Closed – Lost

Each status supports selecting a reason, allowing for more detailed reporting and analysis.


Dates

Agents can optionally set important dates, such as:

  • Closed Date – when the lead was won or lost
  • Follow-Up Dates – future dates for planned outreach or next steps

Purchase Details

For leads that are moving toward completion, agents can also enter:

  • Purchased Item – what the customer is expected to buy or has purchased
  • Expected Value – the estimated value of the sale
