Manage All My Leads allows agents to view and manage the leads they have accepted, all in one place.
How to Access Manage All My Leads
Agents can access this page in either of the following ways:
Send Access Link:
If viewing an individual lead via email or SMS access link, you can click the “Send Access Link” button to email yourself a link to all of your leads. Note: You may need to exit the current lead to view the button if you are on mobile.

If the agent is not already logged in, they will be redirected to the login page before accessing the screen.
What Agents Can See
The Manage All My Leads screen is a limited version of the Bluebird Administrator view, designed specifically for agents.
From this screen, agents can:
- View all leads they were offered under the Leads tab
- Open and view full lead details only for leads they have accepted
- Review lead information to support follow-up and ongoing engagement
⚠️ Important:
Lead details are not available for:
- Leads that were declined
- Leads that timed out before the agent took action

This feature gives agents a centralized place to:

- Manage follow-ups and lead pursuit
- Monitor activity without needing full administrative access
