Contact Settings

Contact Settings

Agents can manage their personal contact preferences — including updating phone numbers, email settings, and SMS opt-in status — directly from their Contact Settings page.
This ensures you receive lead notifications in the way that works best for you.

Accessing the Contact Settings Page

  1. Log in to your Bluebird account.
  2. From the left-hand sidebar, select Personal Settings.
  3. Click Contact Settings.

This page is only visible to you and cannot be accessed by other users.

Updating Your Email or Phone Number

Each user can manage their own verified contact details for both email and SMS notifications.

To update your information:

  1. Click the Edit button beside your email or phone number.
  2. For phone number updates:
    • Enter your new number.
    • You’ll receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via SMS.
    • Enter the OTP to verify the new number.
  3. Once verified, your updated information will automatically save.

Tip: Verification is required before SMS messaging is enabled.

Email and SMS Opt in

You’ll see two key toggles under each contact type:

  • Email Opt-In: Controls whether you receive lead notifications and account emails.
  • SMS Opt-In: Controls whether you receive text notifications.

Both default to Opt-Out and can be enabled anytime.
By opting in, you agree to receive notifications from your company’s verified toll-free number.

Managing Your Profile Details

Below your contact information, you can edit your Profile settings.

Here you can:

  • Update your name
  • Enable “Catch All” to receive leads not matched to other agents
  • Activate “Vacation Mode” to temporarily stop receiving lead offers
  • Manage Tags that define which types of leads you are eligible to receive

After making changes, click Save to confirm.
