Agent Performance Score

Agent Performance Score

The Agent Performance Score reflects how effectively you engage with leads on the platform. It helps ensure that leads are routed to agents who consistently respond, take action, and provide feedback.

You can find your performance score:

  • In the top-right corner of email notifications
  • In the app interface, shown in the top-left beside your profile picture when logged in

A higher performance score increases your likelihood of receiving lead offers.

Why Performance Score Matters

Lead providers want their leads handled quickly and professionally. Your performance score helps the system identify agents who consistently:

  • Respond to lead offers
  • Accept or decline leads promptly
  • Provide useful feedback when requested

Agents with higher performance scores are prioritized when new lead opportunities are distributed.

How Your Performance Score Is Calculated

Your score is based on how you interact with the platform, including:

  • Timely responses to lead offers
  • Accepting leads you intend to work
  • Declining leads that aren’t a good fit
  • Providing feedback when requested

These actions signal reliability and help improve the overall lead experience for both agents and providers.

How to Improve Your Performance Score

To maintain or increase your performance score:

  • Respond to lead offers promptly
Even a quick decline is better than no response.
  • Accept leads you plan to work
Accepted leads show engagement and intent.
  • Decline leads that aren’t appropriate
Declining a lead is better than ignoring it and helps the lead get rerouted faster.
  • Provide feedback when asked
Feedback helps lead providers improve lead quality and positively impacts your score.

What Can Negatively Impact Your Performance Score?

Your performance score may decrease if you:

  • Ignore lead offers
Repeatedly ignoring leads signals low engagement.
  • Fail to provide requested feedback
Skipping feedback requests can negatively affect your score.

If a lead is not a good fit, declining it is always better than ignoring it. In fact, declining leads can increase your performance score by helping the system quickly reassign the lead to another agent.

Best Practices

  • Treat every lead offer as time-sensitive
  • Decline quickly if the lead isn’t right for you
  • Provide honest, helpful feedback when requested
  • Check your performance score regularly

Consistently following these best practices will help you maintain a strong performance score and receive more lead opportunities over time.
